I am appalled, disgusted, incensed etc. etc. I loathe Diamond car insurance. Why does everyone have to outsource their call centre facilities? How hard is it to cancel your policy? I couldn't understand them. They couldn't understand me. They redeemed themselves somewhat by playing early Elton John when they put me on hold. Even so. They haven't heard the last of this
